Collective Hudson does not pack or ship auction items. Buyers may either schedule pickup by appointment or contact a third-party shipper directly.
Important Shipping Policy
Collective Hudson does not pack, ship, quote, arrange, or pay for shipping. If you need shipping, you must contact a third-party shipper directly.
The buyer is responsible for choosing a shipper, getting a quote, paying the shipper, arranging insurance if desired, and making sure the shipper schedules pickup with us.
How Will You Receive Your Item?
Please choose the option that applies to you. Items cannot be released until payment has cleared.
I Am Picking Up Myself
Schedule an appointment with Collective Hudson. Pickup is available only during our listed pickup hours.

I Need My Item Shipped
You must contact and pay a third-party shipper directly. Collective Hudson does not provide shipping quotes or arrange shipment.

If You Need Shipping, Follow These Steps
These steps apply to buyers who are not picking up in person and need a third-party shipper to collect their item.
Pay Your Invoice
Complete payment through the platform where you purchased the item. Items cannot be released until payment has cleared.
Choose a Shipper
Contact a third-party shipper directly for a quote. Collective Hudson does not quote, pack, or arrange shipping.
Authorize Release
Email us the name of the shipper you authorize to pick up your item once payment has cleared.
Shipper Schedules Pickup
Your shipper must schedule pickup during our available appointment hours. We will release the item to the authorized shipper.
Who Handles What?
This is the easiest way to understand the process. Collective Hudson releases paid items. The buyer and shipper handle the shipping.

Collective Hudson does not endorse, control, or manage any third-party shipper. Pricing, timing, packing methods, insurance, and delivery schedule are handled directly between the buyer and the chosen shipper. Buyers may also use their own preferred shipper.
