Reserves & Withdrawal
Lots may be subject to a confidential reserve. The auction may bid on behalf of the consignor to execute the reserve. We may withdraw any lot at our discretion at any time before bidding commences.

Bidding
The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer is the purchaser. The auctioneer may reject or advance bids at their discretion and resolve any disputes by re-opening bidding, canceling the sale, or re-offering the lot. Our sale record is conclusive. Absentee and telephone bids are accepted as a convenience; we are not responsible for errors or omissions.
Bidders may be required to provide identification, contact, and credit information. Deposits may be required.

Unless exempt by law, applicable New York or other sales/use taxes apply.

Removal & Storage
Lots are released only after full, cleared payment. Late charges of 1.5% per month may apply to unpaid balances. Purchaser must remove all property at their expense promptly.
If not picked up within 10 days, storage/handling is $20 per lot per day. We may send property to a public warehouse at purchaser's risk and expense.
Abandonment of Lots
Any property not removed within 60 days of the auction is considered abandoned. We may resell, donate, or dispose of the items at our discretion. No refunds or credits will be issued. Purchaser remains liable for any unpaid balances and accrued fees.

Keywords
Keywords in listings are for search optimization only and are not part of an item's formal description or authentication. Bidders should conduct their own research and request clarification prior to bidding.
Photographs & Color
Images are provided as visual references. Any sense of scale (silhouettes/room views) is approximate; always refer to listed measurements.
From time to time, AI-generated or digitally enhanced images may be used for promotional purposes; detailed photographs of the actual item will be included.
Color may vary by device settings and calibration; such variation or perceived differences in scale are not grounds for return or dispute.
Remedies for Default
If a purchaser defaults, we may cancel the sale, resell the property, remove the property to storage, charge interest, and/or pursue any combination of remedies permitted by law. The purchaser is liable for deficiencies, commissions (both sales), storage/handling, legal and collection fees, and incidental damages. We may file UCC financing statements and apply any of the purchaser's property or money in our possession as collateral.
