Payment, pickup and shipping — three steps, no mystery.
1. Pay Your Invoice
Fall Exceptionelle invoices were sent on Sunday, October 25. Please pay your invoice in full before pickup, or before we release your lots to a shipper — items are released only once an invoice is paid in full. Questions about an invoice? Email info@collectivehudson.com.
2. Schedule Pickup
Collect from our Kingston gallery Tuesday through Saturday, by appointment — last pickup is 3:30 PM. Schedule your pickup.
3. Arrange Shipping
Collective Hudson does not pack or ship, and we cannot accept prepaid labels. Arrange packing and shipping directly with a third-party shipper — we recommend The Country Postman / UPS Store 7744, (845) 677-1076 — and we will release your lots to them once your invoice is paid in full.
