Jewelry

Colored gemstones may have been treated. Reports may be requested three (3) weeks prior to sale with fees paid by the buyer.

Watches & Clocks

Most have been repaired and may include non-original parts. Service may be required. No warranty of working order.

Reserves & Withdrawal

Lots may be subject to reserve prices. The auction may withdraw any lot at its discretion. Third-party bidding platform fees are included in the buyer's premium.

Buyer's Premium

• 30% via third-party platforms.
• 25% for bids left directly with the gallery or by phone.

Payment

Payment is due in full immediately. Wire transfer required for jewelry, watches, silver, artworks, rugs, or any purchases totaling over $5,000.

Removal & Storage

Lots must be collected within 10 days of sale. Storage fees of $20 per lot per day will apply after that.

Abandonment

Lots not collected within 60 days will be considered abandoned, with no refunds or credits issued.

Frames

Frames are offered as a courtesy and not part of the sale.

Photos & Color

Images are reference only. Color/scale may vary across screens and are not grounds for return.

Remedies & Liability

If a buyer defaults, the gallery may resell the property, charge fees, or pursue collection. Liability will not exceed the purchase price actually paid.

Jurisdiction

All sales are governed by the laws of New York. By bidding, all parties consent to the jurisdiction of Ulster County or Albany, NY.
